Fast, reliable delivery across Singapore and beyond. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Free delivery on all Singapore orders above SGD $100. A flat delivery fee applies to orders below $100.

We ship all Singapore orders via J&T Express.

Orders are processed daily and dispatched the following working day. Once collected by J&T, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days islandwide. J&T delivers Monday to Saturday, 9am–10pm. Sunday collections are not available — orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

You'll receive a tracking number and link by email once your order has been dispatched. Use it to follow your parcel in real time.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

Need it urgently? WhatsApp us before placing your order and we'll do our best to arrange same-day delivery. Same-day delivery fees are borne by the customer.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to most countries via FedEx, DHL, or trusted courier partners — carrier varies by destination to ensure the best rates and reliability.

A flat international shipping rate applies at checkout based on your destination. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your country and local customs processing times.

You'll receive a tracking number and link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs duties and import taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges — we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed daily. We dispatch every working day — Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order has been dispatched. Click the link in your email to follow your delivery in real time.

If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then WhatsApp us or email info@colleet.com and we'll look into it.

Failed Deliveries

J&T will attempt delivery during their standard hours — Monday to Saturday, 9am–10pm. If nobody is available to receive the parcel, J&T will make additional delivery attempts.

If delivery continues to fail, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid this.
