Not satisfied after 30 days? Full refund or exchange. Your choice.
Wellness takes consistency. We know that. So before anything else, give it 30 days of daily use — the way the product is meant to be taken.
If after 30 consistent days you're not satisfied, contact us within 40 days of your purchase date. Tell us what happened — that's all we need. We'll offer you a full refund, or an exchange for a different Colleet product of equal or lesser value. Your choice.
We don't ask for products back. We'd rather you keep it and give it more time — or pass it to a friend who might need it more.

Use it consistently for 30 days
Every product needs time to work. 30 days of daily use gives the formula a fair chance to do what it's designed to do. Follow the usage instructions on the product page.
Contact us within 40 days of purchase
Reach us on WhatsApp or email info@colleet.com. Tell us which product and what you experienced. That's all we need — no forms, no lengthy back and forth.
Choose your outcome
Full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for a different Colleet product of equal or lesser value. You decide. We'll sort it from there.
What You Should Know
The Colleet Promise — satisfaction guarantee
- Applies to all Colleet products — supplements and haircare
- Applies to all purchase types — one-time orders, bundles, and subscriptions
- One claim per product, per customer — tried Glow - Lt+ and it didn't work? The Promise covers it. Tried CaloRid® Flush six months later and it didn't work? It covers that too.
- Contact us within 40 days of your purchase date — claims after this window cannot be processed
- Choose a full refund, or exchange for a different Colleet product of equal or lesser value
- If you choose an exchange: the replacement product is a goodwill gesture and is not covered by a second Colleet Promise claim
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account

Defective or wrong items received
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — contact us as soon as you notice. We'll send a replacement immediately and cover all courier costs. No return required, no waiting around. This applies to all customers including international orders.
Return courier fees
For Colleet Promise claims, keep the product — no return required. For defective or wrong items, we cover all courier costs. For all other returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
