Yes. All Colleet supplements are Halal-certified. BOND Haircare is SGS-tested and free from harmful chemicals — certification details are on each product page.
Yes. Every Colleet product is independently tested by SGS — one of the world's most recognised testing bodies. Testing covers heavy metals, microbial safety, and chemical contaminants. Specific tests vary by product and are detailed on each product page.
Our products are formulated and manufactured in Taiwan, by manufacturers who meet our ingredient and safety standards. Colleet is a Singapore brand, founded and operated in Singapore.
Results vary by product and by person — and consistency matters more than anything else. As a general guide: most customers notice a difference within 2–4 weeks of daily use. The full picture builds over 2–3 months. Each product page has a detailed results timeline so you know what to expect and when.

Orders & Payments
We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Shopify.
Yes — but you need to contact us quickly. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we can't make changes. WhatsApp us or email info@colleet.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails sometimes end up there. If it's not there either, contact us at info@colleet.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout and we'll look into it.
Yes — you can checkout as a guest. But creating a free account means you can track your orders, manage subscriptions, and earn Colleet Club reward points on every purchase. Worth doing.

Shipping & Delivery
Singapore orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. We dispatch daily, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Yes — free local delivery on all Singapore orders above SGD $100. A flat delivery fee applies to orders below $100.
Yes — we ship to most countries via trusted courier partners. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days depending on your destination and local customs processing.
You'll receive a tracking number and link by email once your order is dispatched. Click the link to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 working days, check your spam folder first — then contact us.
No — our courier is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
If you need your order urgently, WhatsApp us before placing your order and we'll do our best to arrange same-day delivery. Same-day delivery fees are borne by the customer.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.

Yes. Log into your Colleet account, go to your subscription portal, and cancel in a few clicks. No minimum period, no penalty, no phone calls needed.
Yes. From your account portal you can pause your subscription anytime. Just make changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date.
Yes. If you want to switch to a different Colleet product, you can do that from your account portal anytime.
Yes. Adjust your delivery frequency from your account portal anytime. Changes take effect from your next order onwards.
Your welcome gift is included with your first subscription order — automatically packed in. No action needed.
If you're on a 4-box or 8-box subscription plan, your 10,000 bonus points are automatically credited after your 3rd delivery. No action needed on your end.

It's free and automatic. Create a Colleet account at colleet.com and you're enrolled instantly. No forms, no fees, no conditions.
Every dollar you spend on colleet.com earns you 10 points. You also earn bonus points for following us on Instagram and TikTok, and for referring friends. Points are credited automatically — no codes needed.
Log into your account, go to The Colleet Club, and browse the reward catalogue. From a $10 discount to free full-size products — choose what you want and apply it at checkout.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they were earned. Earn at your own pace — you have plenty of time to redeem.
Yes. Points can be used alongside any ongoing promotion. Your loyalty should work for you — not against you.
No — points are only earned on orders placed directly at colleet.com. Every time you shop elsewhere, you're leaving points on the table.
Points earned from a returned or refunded order will be withdrawn from your account. If you've already spent some of those points before the return, your remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Share your personal referral link from your account. When a friend makes their first purchase at colleet.com through your link, you both earn 2,000 points automatically. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
